Pre-order terms
The key conditions for reserving Quoton founding access.
Early-stage product
Quoton is still being built and is not yet generally available. A reservation supports development and secures founding-access benefits, but it is not a purchase of a finished product available today.
Founding-access price
The planned founding offer is one payment of CA$99 for 12 months of service beginning on the official launch date. The reservation date does not start the 12-month period.
Beta and launch
Founding customers may be invited to a limited beta before public launch. Beta functionality may be incomplete, change during testing, or occasionally be unavailable. The expected beta and launch window, included features, and any material limitations will be shown before payment.
Product changes
Quoton may adjust workflows, features, design, or release timing as the product is developed. If a material change makes the founding offer substantially different from what was presented at checkout, affected customers will be told and given the options required by the final terms and applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate reservation information and use Quoton lawfully. A reservation may not be transferred or resold without written permission.
Final acceptance
The complete legal terms, expected delivery conditions, taxes, payment details, and refund rights will be displayed before any real payment is submitted. Completing checkout will confirm acceptance of those final terms.
